By accessing and using raggen.ai, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Our platform enables you to build, train, and deploy AI agents using generative AI with your trained data, create MCP servers, and develop everything from simple chatbots to complex autonomous systems.
raggen.ai provides AI agent development tools including:
Your trained data remains your property. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. When you train AI models using our platform, your data is processed securely and is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
In the event of a security breach or potential security threat, raggen.ai reserves the right to rotate JWT tokens with or without prior notification to users. By continuing to use the platform after becoming aware of such security measures, you acknowledge and accept that token rotation may occur as a security precaution. Users are responsible for maintaining secure authentication practices and should be prepared to re-authenticate when necessary.
You are responsible for the behavior and outputs of AI agents you create and deploy using our platform. Ensure your AI agents comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
MCP servers created through our platform must comply with the Model Context Protocol specifications. You are responsible for maintaining and securing your MCP server implementations.
Permission is granted to use the raggen.ai platform for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription plan. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our core platform technology.
raggen.ai shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of AI agents or MCP servers created through our platform. Users assume full responsibility for their AI implementations and their consequences. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
Free-tier limits, features, and pricing may change at any time without prior notice. Paid plans are governed by your subscription agreement and applicable invoices.
The free tier defaults to Gemini Embedding 2 at 768 dimensions (GEM_2_768). If you change embedding model for your organization or files, existing embeddings may need to be re-processed or re-embedded before vector search remains consistent across your corpus.
GraphQL schemas, REST endpoints, and integration contracts may evolve as the platform matures. Material breaking changes to public APIs will be announced at least 15 days in advance via email or in-app notice, unless required sooner for security or legal compliance.
raggen.ai targets 99% uptime for the production service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure, and third-party outages are excluded. The free tier is provided without an uptime SLA or guaranteed response times.
You may not abuse the platform, upload illegal content, interfere with other tenants, or attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, billing controls, or security mechanisms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or pose a security risk.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms where permitted by law.
